Gaining higher position or top leader in office is everyone’s dream. You would do anything to make it happened. You can work hard and show your good reputation to your boss then your boss will raise your position. But gaining higher position through that way will take years because you have lots of competitors that would do the same as you. There is another way that very efficient to improve your position in your office. This way is very effective and you will not waste a lot of money of your own. You should make proposal to your boss to grant scholarship for you to continue your study. By getting this scholarship you will be able to continue your study to get Master degree or even PhD degree. If the scholarship is granted, you will still get your salary but you don’t need to go to your office. You can stay in your campus as long as you wish and get paid by your boss. After you get your master of PhD degree, then you will have a big opportunity to get higher position in your office.
